Water lily seeds remain virtually unknown in America despite being a staple superfood in Asia for centuries. The seeds offer twice the fiber of popcorn, contain all nine essential amino acids, and are rich in essential minerals including calcium, magnesium, iron, and phosphorus. Each serving provides powerful antioxidants like gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, and epicatechin.

Let Me Snack produces five distinctive flavors in two convenient sizes.
