Now Hiring Two Machine Operators
Madison County Road Department is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join the team as Machine Operators!
Pay: Starting at $16.38/hour
Location: Madison County, FL
Application Deadline: May 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM
- Operate a variety of light and heavy equipment (tractors, loaders, graders, excavators, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Assist with road construction and maintenance
- Haul equipment and support field operations
- Perform manual labor and other assigned duties as needed
- Preferred: 2+ years experience operating heavy equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid CDL Class B (Air Brake) required (Class A preferred)
- Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in varying conditions
