The Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Secretary II to provide advanced legal administrative support to prosecutors and office staff. This position requires strong knowledge of legal procedures, excellent organizational ability, and a high degree of professionalism. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the efficient and ethical delivery of justice.

Status and Hours
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, benefits eligible. There might be a variation to work hours and days to support the office and County needs. This position is not eligible for teleworking.

Basic Requirements
Associate degree or 2-year post high school education program in Legal Secretarial field and 2-3 years of previous legal experience required.
